A DONOR-ADVISED FUND STRUCTURE 

The BNP Paribas Bridge Foundation is a non-profit entity established in Singapore in 2025. It is structured as a company limited by guarantee, with BNP Paribas SA as the sole member. The Foundation serves as the legal home of our Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) service, designed to support meaningful and strategic philanthropy for our clients.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for ensuring robust governance and stewardship.

Collectively, The Board:

  • Oversees the Foundation’s operation and ensure its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures governance over the donations from the General Fund and donor-recommended thematic foundations
  • Provides oversight on the appropriate investment risk profile for each foundation, aligned with their liquidity needs and philanthropic horizons

The BNP Paribas Bridge Foundation works in close collaboration with the Philanthropy Services team at BNP Paribas Wealth Management. Together, we offer bespoke advisory support tailored to each donor’s philanthropic vision, values, and long-term goals.

Our advisors provide strategic insights and personalised guidance to help donors maximise the impact of their giving, whether through family foundations, thematic causes, or legacy planning.

Donor-Advised Foundation
